BHL matches postponed
After an emergency meeting of the Board of Baltic Handball League (BHL), it has been decided to postpone the matches of this weekend in BHL. Therefore the second legs of quarter-finals Cocks Riihimäki – HC Kehra/Horizon Pulp&Paper, Dragunas Klaipeda – Serviti Põlva and ZRHK Tenax Dobele are all postponed.
BHL recognizes the fluidity of COVID-19 virus and its impact on hosting events in a public space. COVID-19 is spreading rapidly in Europe and considering all factors, BHL in consultation with the clubs has decided to minimize the risks and until further notice postpone the matches.
BHL will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and will evaluate the options for the continuation of this season's competition. If and when the situation allows, BHL will announce new dates for the three remaining quarter-finals, as well as for the upcoming Final Four.
